Biography
Gabrielle Rahming is a Commercial and Dispute Resolution Attorney with Capital Law Associates. She has represented her clients in employment litigation, personal injury matters resulting from industrial accidents, debt recovery and breach of contract in local and foreign business-to-business transactions. Additionally, she has worked with international law firms on immigration related matters including multi citizenship and economic immigration. Gabrielle also has experience representing large Public Private Port Authority in leases and license agreements. She has also represented purchasers and vendors in real estate transactions and mortgagees and mortgagors in secured financing transactions.
